I'm a Boston USk correspondent and I'm super excited to be able to attend the Barcelona symposium in 2 weeks! It's already been 3 years since attending the first Symposium in Portland being exposed to the world of Urban Sketching and I've been hooked to this community ever since.
I was just re-reading my Introduction posting and final thoughts from the 1st symposium in 2010 and it just feels like yesterday.
It'll be great to be able to meet the people I met in Portland again and to meet new people I only know through online sketches.
The sketches below are from the trip my wife and I took last week to Nantucket Island in the Cape Cod area in Massachusettss. It was a nice little cozy island. The 1-1/2 hour ferry ride was the perfect amount of time to be able to relax, work on a sketch, and to take a nap too.
